In the process of continuous development,public institutions should attach great importance to the improvement and innovation of administrative management work.Whether the administrative management work is good or bad is directly related to the sustainable development of public institutions.Only by choosing a scientific and reasonable administrative management mode and orientating the administrative management work accurately,can it play a corresponding role in public institutions.This paper mainly discusses the orientation and development strategies of administrative management work in public institutions,aiming to further explain that if public institutions want to achieve their own transformation and breakthrough,they must strengthen the innovation of administrative management work.
