In today's society,information technology is developing rapidly,information technologies such as financial sharing technology,big data technology,artificial intelligence and financial robots have developed vigorously.The intelligent accounting system gradually replaces the traditional accounting system of accounting personnel.Accountants are faced with the potential demand of transformation.This paper analyzes the specific forms of financial intelligent accounting system and the pros and cons faced by accounting personnel,and further discusses the management direction of accounting personnel under the intelligent accounting system,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
