摘要
经济的快速发展使得我国劳动关系更加恶劣,因此,当今社会必须采取措施解决这一问题,构建和谐劳动关系。和谐劳动关系的构建与诸多因素相关,其属于一种系统工程,必须从各个方面进行综合考虑。目前,我国企业人力资源还存在较多问题,如还未实现积极管理功能,导致该问题出现的原因是企业人力资源管理的外部规制缺位、制度移植变异等,为解决这一问题,我国相关部门应加强外部规制管理,以国家导向机制为主导,创新人力资源管理方式,以此实现和谐劳动关系的构建。
The rapid development of economy makes the labor relations in China worse.Therefore,the society must take measures to solve this problem and build a harmonious labor relations.The construction of harmonious labor relations is related to many factors.It belongs to a system engineering,which must be considered comprehensively from all aspects.At present,there are still many problems existing in human resources management in China's enterprises,such as the lack of positive management function,which is caused by the absence of external regulation and system and transplant variation of human resources management.In order to solve this problem,relevant departments in China should strengthen the external regulation management,take the national guiding mechanism as the leading role,and innovate the human resources management mode,so as to achieve the construction of harmonious labor relations.
