The youth in enterprises are the backbone of the development of enterprises,which can inject fresh vitality into the development of enterprises,so it is of great significance to carry out ideological work for them.Starting from the innovative value of youth ideological work,this paper analyzes the ideological status of youth employees in enterprises,and puts forward practical countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of enterprises and youth employees.
