摘要
疫情的爆发对中国经济产生了巨大影响,各行各业都面临着不同程度的危机。中小企业面临开工时间延迟、企业绩效下降、自有资金难以维持企业生存的问题。论文通过案例分析法,借鉴京东在非典时期开启线上销售、进行论坛推广、树立创新理念等方式,对疫情下中国中小企业的发展提出应对措施:开启线上化办公、线下业务转线上、加大线上推广力度和提供无人化服务。
The outbreak of the epidemic has had a huge impact on China's economy,and all industries are facing different degrees of crisis.Small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the problems of delayed start time,declining enterprise performance and difficulty in maintaining the existence of enterprises with their own funds.Through case analysis,this paper draws lessons from Jingdong's online sales,forum promotion,and innovative ideas in the SARS period,and proposes countermeasures for the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises under the epidemic:opening online office,transferring offline business to online business,strengthening online promotion and providing unmanned services.
