山东省特色小镇创建存在的问题及对策建议

Problems Existing in the Construction of Characteristic Towns in Shandong Province and Countermeasures

近年来,山东省积极投身特色小镇创建热潮。各级政府精心部署、大力扶持,取得了显著的建设成效,但同时也暴露出一些问题。研究认为,部分小镇特色产业缺乏支撑、资金投入压力较大、人才吸引力不强、同质化竞争等问题亟需解决。应坚持市场化运作、深耕特色产业、加强政策创新、注重生态保护,以保障山东省特色小镇朝着可持续健康发展稳步迈进。

In recent years,Shandong Province has actively engaged in the upsurge of constructing characteristic towns.Governments at all levels carefully deploy,vigorously support,has achieved remarkable construction results,but also exposed some problems.The research holds that some problems such as lack of support for characteristic industries,high pressure on capital investment,weak attraction of talents and homogeneous competition need to be solved urgently.In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of characteristic towns in Shandong Province,we should adhere to the market-oriented operation,cultivate characteristic industries,strengthen policy innovation and pay attention to ecological protection.
