The rotary rheometer is an important tool for studying the rheological properties of materials and has a wide range of applications in various industries.This paper mainly studies the application of rotary rheometer in PCB industry such as ink viscosity test,resin/ink material quality control,pre-cured sheet viscosity temperature curve test,prepreg storage period test,formulation rheological property study.
