电商决策者变革意愿对于变革实施过程影响

摘要 互联网应用技术不断得到应用,世界范围内电子商务的规模不断扩大,传统企业为了适应新型的商业模式变革,纷纷借助电子商务平台谋求转型。本文主要运用了文献分析及收集材料,对所获得的材料进行思维加工,通过多个角度分析企业领导人变革意愿对转型企业的影响因素,发现转型企业在电子商务进程中存在的问题,给出建议性的对策。
