联用阿昔洛韦、地塞米松和甲泼尼龙治疗单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的效果

Efficacy of acyclovir,dexamethasone,and methylprednisolone in the treatment of herpes simplex encephalitis

目的:探讨联用阿昔洛韦、地塞米松和甲泼尼龙对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年7月至11月在山东省东营市垦利区人民医院进行治疗的72例单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为甲组(n=36)和乙组(n=36)。联用地塞米松和甲泼尼龙对甲组患者进行治疗。联用阿昔洛韦、地塞米松和甲泼尼龙对乙组患者进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者的CD4+T淋巴细胞百分数、CD8^+T淋巴细胞百分数及CD4^+T淋巴细胞/CD8^+T淋巴细胞比值。结果:治疗7天后(急性期),乙组患者与甲组患者的CD8^+T淋巴细胞百分数和CD4^+T淋巴细胞/CD8^+T淋巴细胞比值相比,P>0.05;乙组患者的CD4^+T淋巴细胞百分数低于甲组患者,P<0.05。治疗4周后(恢复期),乙组患者与甲组患者的CD4+T淋巴细胞百分数、CD8^+T淋巴细胞百分数及CD4^+T淋巴细胞/CD8+T淋巴细胞比值相比,P>0.05。结论:联用阿昔洛韦、地塞米松和甲泼尼龙对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者进行治疗时,短时间内对其病情进行控制的效果较好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acyclovir,dexamethasone and methylprednisolone in the treatment of patients with herpes simplex encephalitis.Methods:72 patients with herpes simplex encephalitis treated in Kenli District People’s Hospital,Dongying city,Shandong Province from July to Novem ber 2018 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into group A(n=36)and group B(n=36).Patients in group A were treated with dexamethasone and methylprednisolone.Patients in group B were treated with acyclovir,dexamethasone and methylprednisolone.Then,percentages of CD4^+T lymphocytes,CD8+T lymphocytes,and CD4^+T lymphocytes/CD8^+T lymphocytes were compared between the two groups.Results:after 7 days of treatment(acute phase),the percentage of CD8+T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4^+T lymphocytes/CD8^+T lymphocytes in group b and group a were compared,P>0.05.The percentage of CD4^+T lymphocytes in group B was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment(convalescence),percentage of CD4^+T lymphocytes,percentage of CD8^+T lymphocytes,and ratio of CD4^+T lymphocytes/CD8^+T lymphocytes were compared between group b and group a(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acyclovir,dexamethasone and methylprednisolone is effective in controlling herpes simplex encephalitis in a short time.
