对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板内固定术的效果研究

Effect of locking proximal lateral femoral plate fixation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures

目的:探讨并研究对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板内固定术的临床效果。方法:选择近年来西南医科大学附属中医医院收治的37例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象。在这些患者入院后,对其均进行股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板内固定术,然后观察其各项临床指标及治疗的效果。结果:这37例患者手术的平均时间为(1.36±0.15)h,其术中平均的出血量为(321.53±35.41)ml,其术毕至下床活动的平均时间为(30.38±3.31)d,其术毕至骨折端愈合的平均时间为(8.43±3.24)w,术后1个月其平均的Harris评分为(92.39±2.24)分。术后,这37例患者中有3例患者发生切口渗液,经换药、引流等处理后痊愈。术后6个月,这37例患者患侧髋关节功能的优良率为94.59%。结论:对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行股骨近端外侧锁定接骨板内固定术的效果显著,能有效地减少其术后的并发症,促进其骨折端的愈合,改善其患侧髋关节的功能。

Objective:To investigate and study the clinical effect of locking proximal and lateral femoral plate fixation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:37 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures admitted to the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University in recent years were selected as the research objects.After admission,all these patients were treated with proximal and lateral femoral locking plate internal fixation,and then their clinical indicators and therapeutic effect were observed.Results:The average operative time of the 37 patients was(1.36±0.15)h,the average intraoperative blood loss was(321.53±35.41)ml,the average postoperative activity time was(30.38±3.31)d,the average postoperative healing time was(8.43±3.24)w,and the average Harris score was(92.39±2.24)points 1 month after surgery.After the operation,3 of the 37 patients had incision drainage and recovered after dressing change and drainage.Six months after the operation,the excellent and good rate of hip function on the affected side of the 37 patients was 94.59%.Conclusion:In elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures,locking proximal and lateral femoral plate fixation has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce postoperative complications,promote the healing of the fracture end,and improve the function of th e affected hip joint.
