对55例糖尿病并发泌尿系统感染患者病原菌的分布情况及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨对55例糖尿病并发泌尿系统感染患者病原菌的分布情况及耐药性。方法:将2017年1月至2019年6月期间聊城市第二人民医院收治的55例糖尿病并发泌尿系统感染患者作为研究对象。采集这些患者的尿液标本进行病原菌培养,观察其病原菌的分布情况。然后,对获得的菌株进行药敏试验,分析病原菌的耐药性。结果:在这些患者的尿液样本中,共检出56株病原菌。在检出的这些病原菌中,有21株革兰阳性菌,该类病原菌的检出率为37.5%;有35株革兰阴性菌,该类病原菌的检出率为62.5%。对这些病原菌进行药敏试验的结果显示,其中有36株菌株对青霉素耐药,有32株菌株对氨苄西林耐药,有28株菌株对庆大霉素耐药,有26株菌株对阿莫西林-克拉维酸钾耐药。结论:这些糖尿病并发泌尿系统感染患者的病原菌主要是大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌及金黄色葡萄球菌,其病原菌对青霉素和氨苄西林具有较强的耐药性。在对糖尿病并发泌尿系统感染患者进行治疗时,要合理地为其使用抗生素。 Objective:To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in 55 patients with diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection.Methods:Fifty-five patients with diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection admitted to Liaocheng Second People’s Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were studied.The urine samples of these patients were collected for pathogen culture and the distribution of pathogen was observed.Then,drug sensitivity test was carried out on the obtained strains to analyze the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria.Results:A total of 56 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the urine samples of these patients.Among these pathogens,there were 21 gram-positive strains,and the detection rate of these pathogens was 37.5%.There were 35 gram-negative bacteria,and the detection rate was 62.5%.The results of drug sensitivity tests on these pathogens showed that 36 strains were resistant to penicillin,32 strains were resistant to ampicillin,28 strains were resistant to gentamicin and 26 strains were resistant to amoxicillin and potassium clavulanate.Conclusion:Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus are the main pathogenic bacteria in these patients with diabetes complicated with urinary system infection,and their pathogenic bacteria have strong resistance to penicillin and ampicillin.When treating patients with diabetes complicated with urinary tract infection,antibiotics should be used reasonably.
