对骨转移癌患者进行射频消融术的效果探讨

目的:探讨对骨转移癌患者进行射频消融术的效果。方法:将2018年3月至2019年4月期间东营市垦利区人民医院收治的20例骨转移癌患者作为研究对象。对这20例患者进行射频消融术。然后观察这20例患者肢体功能恢复的优良率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、收缩压的水平、舒张压的水平、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐、1993年美国骨肿瘤学会评分系统(MSTS)评分及病情的复发率。结果:手术后,这20例患者肢体功能恢复的优良率为80%。术后的第6个月,这20例患者中,肿瘤病灶位于股骨的患者有4例,其MSTS评分分别为26分、14分、22分、25分;肿瘤病灶位于肱骨的患者有4例,其MSTS评分分别为29分、27分、22分、26分;肿瘤病灶位于骨盆的患者有5例,其MSTS评分分别为27分、28分、13分、28分、25分;肿瘤病灶位于胫骨的患者有7例,其MSTS评分分别为24分、16分、18分、25分、26分、27分、25分。与手术前相比,手术后这20例患者的VAS评分较低,其尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐的比值较小,P<0.05。手术前后这20例患者收缩压的水平及舒张压的水平相比,P>0.05。手术后,这20例患者病情的复发率为20%。结论:对骨转移癌患者进行射频消融术的效果很好,可减轻其疼痛的程度,改善其病情。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation for bone metastases.Methods:Twenty patients with bone metastatic cancer admitted to Kenli District People’s Hospital,Dongying City from March 2018 to April 2019 were studied.These 20 patients underwent radiofrequency ablation.The good and good rates of limb function recovery,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,systolic blood pressure levels,diastolic blood pressure levels,urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine,1993 American Society of Bone Oncology scoring System(MSTS)scores,and recurrence rates were then observed in the 20 patients.R esults:The recovery rate of limb function was 80%in 20 patients after operation.6 months after surgery,4 of the 20 patients had tumor lesions located in femur,and their MSTS scores were 26 points,14 points,22 points and 25 points,respectively.Four patients with tumor lesions located in the humerus had MSTS sco res of 29,27,22 and 26,respectively.There were 5 patients with tumor lesions located in the pelvis,and their MSTS scores were 27,28,13,28,and 25,respectively.The MSTS scores of 7 patients with tumor lesions located in the tibia were 24,16,18,25,26,27 and 25,respectively.Compared with those before surgery,the VAS score of the 20 patients after surgery was lower,and the urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine ratio was smaller(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels of the 20 patients before and after surgery were compared to P>0.05.The 20 patients had a 20 percent recurrence rate after surgery.Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation is effective in patients with bone metastases,which can reduce the pain and improve the condition.
