摘要
目的:观察为支气管肺炎患儿使用炎琥宁联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠进行治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年1月至12月期间重庆医科大学附属儿童医院收治的84例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象。将这些患儿随机平均分为对照组和研究组。为对照组患儿使用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠进行治疗。为研究组患儿使用炎琥宁联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠进行治疗。然后,比较两组患儿的疗效、发热症状消失的时间、气促症状消失的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间及憋喘症状消失的时间。结果:治疗后,研究组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,其发热症状消失的时间、气促症状消失的时间、咳嗽症状消失的时间及憋喘症状消失的时间均短于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论:为支气管肺炎患儿使用炎琥宁联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠进行治疗的效果显著,可促进其临床症状的消失。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yansuccinate combined with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:84 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January to December 2018 were studied.The children were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium.The children in the study group were treated with piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium.Then,the curative effect,time of disappearance of fever symptom,time of disappearance of shortness of breath,time of disappearance of cough symptom and time of disappearance of suffocating symptom were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the children in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the time of the disappearance of fever,shortness of breath,cough and suffocating symptoms was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of children with bronchopneumonia by the combination of yanhuining and piperacillin sodium tazobactam sodium is effective and can promote the disappearance of t heir clinical symptoms.
