加味解郁汤治疗气滞痰凝型咽喉反流性疾病的效果研究

Effect of Jiawei Jieyu Decoction in treating phlegm-phlegm laryngopharyngeal reflux disease

目的:探讨使用加味解郁汤对气滞痰凝型咽喉反流性疾病患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月至9月在南京市中西医结合医院进行治疗的60例气滞痰凝型咽喉反流性疾病患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为甲组(n=30)和乙组(n=30)。使用奥美拉唑对甲组患者进行治疗。使用加味解郁汤和奥美拉唑对乙组患者进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者反流症状指数(RSI)量表的评分、反流体征评分(RFS)量表的评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分、不良反应的发生情况及治疗的效果。结果:治疗期间,乙组患者与甲组患者均未发生药物过敏和胃肠道不适等不良反应,P>0.05。治疗后,乙组患者RSI量表的评分、RFS量表的评分及VAS的评分均低于甲组患者,P<0.05;乙组患者治疗的总有效率高于甲组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用加味解郁汤对气滞痰凝型咽喉反流性疾病患者进行治疗的效果较好,可减轻其疼痛感,改善其临床症状和体征。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of jiawei Jieyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with phlegm and phlegm laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.Methods:60 patients with phlegm and phlegm laryngopharyngeal reflux disease treated in Nanjing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into group A(n=30)and group B(n=30).Patients in the Thyroid group were treated with omeprazole.The patients in group B were treated with jieyu decoction and omeprazole.Then,the scores on the reflux Symptom Index(RSI)scale,the reflux signs scale(RFS),the visual analogue scale(VAS),the incidence of adverse reactions,and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results:during the treatment,no adverse reactions such as drug allergy and gastrointestinal discomfort occurred in both group b and group a(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of RSI scale,RFS scale and VAS in group B were all lower than those in group A(P<0.05).The total effective rate in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Jieyu Decoction has a good therapeutic effect on patients with phlegm and phlegm laryngopharyngeal reflux disease,which can alleviate their pain and improve their clinical symptoms and signs.
