对接受中心静脉置管的患者进行集束化护理的效果分析

Study on the effect of cluster nursing in patients receiving central veno us catheterization

目的:探讨对接受中心静脉置管的患者进行集束化护理的效果。方法:对2018年7月至12月在云南楚雄州中医医院接受中心静脉置管的47例患者进行分组研究。根据护理方法的不同将其分为对比组(23例)和集束化组(24例)。在对两组患者进行中心静脉置管的过程中及完成置管后,对对比组患者进行常规护理,对集束化组患者进行集束化护理。然后比较两组患者导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI)的发生率和住院的时间。结果:接受护理后,集束化组患者导管相关性血流感染的发生率低于对比组患者,其住院的时间短于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:对接受中心静脉置管的患者进行集束化护理可有效地降低其导管相关性血流感染的发生率,缩短其住院的时间。

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing for patients receiving central venous catheterization.Methods:47 patients who received central venous catheterization in Chuxiong Zhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July to December 2018 were studied in groups.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into comparison group(23 cases)and cluster group(24 cases).In the process of central venous catheterization for patients in the two groups and after the catheterization,routine nursing care was given to patients in the comparison group and cluster nursing care was given to patients in the cluster group.The incidence and length of hospital stay of catheter-related bloodstream infection(CRBSI)were then compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving nursing care,the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection in the cluster group was lower than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection and shorten the length of hospital stay in patients receiving central venous catheterization.
