雨课堂在《麻醉学》本科教学中的应用评价 被引量:8

摘要 目的评价新型教学工具雨课堂在《麻醉学》课程本科教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取湖北医药学院第一临床学院2015级临床医学系160名本科学生,按照随机数字法分为对照组和实验组,每组80名学生。选取人民卫生出版社出版,杨拔贤、李文志主编的第3版《麻醉学》第五章《全身麻醉》作为教学内容进行理论教学。对照组采取传统教学模式,实验组在传统教学模式的基础上,使用新型教学工具雨课堂贯穿整个教学过程,在课前预习环节得到学生预习数量及质量数据、课中与学生实时互动并根据反为馈实时调整授课重点,课后完成测验并分析数据。比较对照组和实验组两组学生本章教学内容的课后理论与实践测验成绩以及对教学内容、教学方法及教学效果的满意程度。结果对照组课前预习率为42.50%,实验组课前预习率为88.75%,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组第五章课后专业测验成绩为(86.21±6.60)分,实验组课后专业理论测验成绩为(89.98±6.14)分,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组实践课成绩为(85.42±6.59)分,实验组实践课成绩为(87.68±7.01)分,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组学生对教学内容、教学方法及教学效果的打分分别为(85.81±5.81)分、(82.81±6.74)分、(82.25±6.00)分,实验组分别为(87.88±6.40)分、(88.94±7.53)分、(90.69±6.79)分,两组相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将新型教学工具雨课堂与传统课堂有机结合,实现线上教学和线下教学的统一,应用在课前预习、课中互动与课后测验整个教学过程中的教学形式改革,可提升学生的预习效果、对知识的掌握程度及对授课效果的满意度,从而促进教学效果。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of Rain Classroom which is a new educational tools in undergraduate education.Methods A total of 160 clinical medical undergraduate students from Hubei University of Medicine were divided into control group and experimental group randomly,each group has 80 students.The chapter five of Anaesthesiology published by People’s Medical Publishing House was selected as teaching content.Control group received the routine teaching,experimental group received the routine teaching combined with Rain Classroom throughout the educational process.The effect of pre-study was recorded,the interaction with students could provide evidence to modulate teaching focus.The obtained knowledge was measured by test after class.Satisfaction of teaching content,method and effect five were compared between the two groups.Results The preview rate of the control group was 42.50%,and that of the experimental group was 88.75%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the fifth chapter of the control group were(86.21±6.60)and the experimental group were(89.98±6.14).The score of practice class in the control group was(85.42±6.59)and that in the experimental group was(87.68±7.01).There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).The students in the control group scored(85.81±5.81),(82.81±6.74),(82.25±6.00)respectively on the teaching content,teaching method and teaching effect,and the students in the experimental group scored(87.88±6.40),(88.94±7.53),(90.69±6.79)respectively,both of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Rain Classroom before class,during class and after class combined with routine teaching was helpful to improve satisfaction of teaching and teaching effect.
