摘要
目的探究临床医学生外科课程中实施教学反馈模式,对其教学质量的应用作用。方法选取学校2015级第一临床医学院外科学实施教学反馈模式的学生147名相关信息作为研究对象(研究组),实施传统教育模式的学生相关信息153名作为参照对象(参照组),观察临床医学生外科课程的技能成绩和综合评分。结果研究组理论知识教学反馈后期末成绩优于参照组,组间对比显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床病例书写期末考核成绩优于参照组,组间对比显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对教师教学态度、教师教学技能、师生交流、课堂氛围、教师教学形式的满意程度均优于参照组,组间对比显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有效的教学反馈可有助于学生成绩的自我提高。
Objective To explore the application of teaching feedback mode in the surgical courses of clinical medical students.Methods 147 students in the Department of surgery of the first clinical college of 2015 were selected as the research objects(Research Group)and 153 students in the Department of surgery of the clinical college were selected as the reference objects(reference group)to observe the skill scores and comprehensive scores of surgical courses.Results After the feedback of theoretical knowledge teaching,the final score of the research group was better than that of the reference group,and there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the final score of clinical case writing in the research group was better than that of the reference group,and there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the students'teaching attitude,teaching skills,communication between teachers and students The satisfaction degree of classroom atmosphere and teaching form of teachers was better than that of the reference group,and there was difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective teaching feedback can help students improve their performance.
