摘要
目的对循证医学教学在消化内科临床带教中的应用及效果进行研究。方法选择医院消化内科接收的60名临床实习生作为研究对象,选取时间段为2018年1月-2019年6月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为循证教育组和常规带教组,每组各有30例。针对常规带教组实施常规带教,针对循证教育组实施循证医学教育,对两组实习生的带教效果进行观察和比较。结果循证教育组的实际操作考核分数为(89.3±7.1)分,基础理论考核分数为(86.9±7.5)分,常规带教组的实际操作考核分数为(73.4±8.5)分,基础理论考核分数为(72.6±6.1)分,循证教育组的实际操作考核和基础理论考核分数均明显高于常规带教组,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。循证教育组总满意度为96.7%,常规带教组总满意度为73.3%,循证教育组的教学满意度明显高于常规带教组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科的临床带教中循证医学教育属于一种有效的带教方式,能够极大地提升实习生的基础理论知识水平和各种实践操作能力,而且具有很高的教学满意度。
Objective To study the application and effect of evidencebased medicine teaching in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods Sixty clinical interns received by the Department of Gastroenterology in our hospital were selected as subjects.The time period was from January 2018 to June 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into evidence-based education group and regular teaching group.There are 30 cases in each group.Carry out regular teaching for the regular teaching group,implement evidence-based medical education for the evidence-based education group,and observe and compare the teaching effects of the two groups of interns.Results The actual operation score of the evidence-based education group was(89.3±7.1),the basic theoretical assessment score was(86.9±7.5)points,and the actual operation assessment score of the regular teaching group was(73.4±8.5)points.The scores were(72.6±6.1),and the actual operation assessment and basic theoretical assessment scores of the evidence-based education group were significantly higher than those of the conventional teaching group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the evidence-based education group was 96.7%,and the total satisfaction of the regular teaching group was 80.0%.The teaching satisfaction of the evidence-based education group was significantly higher than that of the conventional teaching group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based medicine education in the clinical teaching of gastroenterology is an effective teaching method,which can greatly improve the basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of interns,and has high teaching satisfaction.
