供给侧视角下医疗卫生服务能级提升路径新探

Research on the Way to Improve the Energy Level of Medical and Health Services From the Perspective of Supply-side Reform

医疗卫生服务系统本身具有复杂性和动态化的特征。近年来随着医改进程的不断深化,蚌埠市医疗卫生事业有了长足发展,但仍存在优质医疗资源配置不均衡,基层医疗服务能力欠佳等问题。文章以供给侧结构性改革为视角,通过对蚌埠市医疗卫生服务现状和主要问题的分析研究,建议通过有效落实分级诊疗制度、挖掘医疗大数据资源、打造特色医疗健康产业集群等具体举措有效提升城市医疗卫生服务能级。为进一步加快推进健康中国建设,建立覆盖全生命周期的医疗卫生健康服务体系提供思路。

The medical and health service system has the characteristics of complexity and dynamics.In recent years,with the deepening of the medical improvement process,the medical and health industry in Bengbu has made great progress,but there are still some problems,such as the uneven allocation of high-quality medical resources and the inadequate capacity of primary medical services.From the perspective of supply-side structural reform,through the analysis and study of the current situation and main problems,this paper explores the specific measures such as effective implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment system,excavation of medical data resources,and building characteristic medical and health industry clusters to improve the level of medical and health services in Bengbu.To provide ideas for accelerating the construction of healthy China and establishing a health service system covering the whole life cycle.
