健康适龄孕妇D-二聚体、凝血指标的区间研究

Interval Study of D-dimer and Coagulation Index in Healthy Pregnant Women of Appropriate Age

目的初步探讨重庆南岸茶园新区健康适龄孕妇在孕早、中、晚期的D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血功能(FIB、TT、PT、INR、APTT)6项指标之间有无显著差异及不同孕期各指标的参考区间,为临床诊疗提供更客观的参考依据。方法筛选孕早、中、孕晚期孕妇984人的D-二聚体、凝血功能6项指标结果并进行统计。结果健康适龄孕早、中、晚期孕妇血浆D-D、凝血功能6项指标有明显差异,P<0.05。结论本次探讨健康适龄孕早、中、晚期孕妇血浆D-D、凝血功能6项指标结果可作为本地区健康适龄孕妇的参考区间的参考,对凝血、抗凝等相关疾病的鉴别诊疗有一定的应用价值。

Objective To explore whether there are significant differences in D-dimer(D-D),coagulation function(FIB,TT,PT,INR,APTT)between healthy pregnant women in the early,middle and late pregnancy in Nanan Tea Garden New Area of Chongqing,and the reference intervals of each index in different pregnancy stages,so as to provide more objective reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.According to.Methods Six indicators of D-dimer and coagulation function of 984 pregnant women in early,middle and late pregnancy were screened and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in plasma D-D and coagulation function among healthy pregnant women in early,middle and late pregnancy,P<0.05.Conclusion The results of plasma D-D and coagulation function of healthy pregnant women in the early,middle and late stages of pregnancy can be used as reference intervals for healthy pregnant women in this region,and have certain application value in the differential diagnosis and treatment of coagulation,anticoagulation and other related diseases.
