摘要
目的探讨育龄女性血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平在同一月经周期内和连续两个周期间的变化情况。方法选取具备规律排卵周期的育龄期女性50例,分别于早卵泡期、排卵期以及黄体中期采集外周血,对血清AMH水平开展化学发光法检测,对血清AMH水平在同一月经周期内和连续两个周期间的变化情况进行评估,并分析相关影响因素。结果本组研究对象早卵泡期的AMH水平为(2.82±0.32)ng/mL,月经中期的AMH水平为(2.72±0.28)ng/mL,黄体期的AMH水平为(2.69±0.30)ng/mL,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对于年龄≤30岁的女性,早卵泡期血清AMH水平与雌二醇、睾酮水平呈现出明显负相关(r=-0.441、-0.500,P<0.05);对于年龄>30岁的女性,早卵泡期血清AMH水平与年龄呈现出明显负相关(r=5.624,P<0.05)。结论育龄女性血清AMH水平在同一月经周期内和连续两个周期间的水平保持相对稳定,可于月经周期内任何时间开展检测工作,临床上对女性卵巢储备功能进行评估时,需结合女性年龄、基础性激素水平以及血清AMH水平。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)levels in women of childbearing age during the same menstrual cycle and two consecutive weeks.Methods 50 women of childbearing age with regular ovulation cycle were selected.Peripheral blood was collected in early follicular phase,ovulation phase and middle luteal phase.Chemiluminescence detection was performed on serum AMH level.The serum AMH level was in the same menstrual cycle and continuous.The changes between the two periods are evaluated and the relevant influencing factors are analyzed.Results The AMH level in the early follicular phase was(2.82±0.32)ng/mL,the AMH level in the midmenstrual period was(2.72±0.28)ng/mL,and the AMH level in the luteal phase was(2.69±0.30)ng/There was no significant difference in mL(P>0.05).For women aged≤30 years,serum AMH levels in early follicular phase were significantly negatively correlated with estradiol and testosterone levels(r=-0.441,-0.500,P<0.05);For women>30 years of age,serum AMH levels in early follicular phase were significantly negatively correlated with age(r=5.624,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum AMH levels in women of childbearing age remain relatively stable during the same menstrual cycle and for two consecutive weeks.They can be tested at any time during the menstrual cycle.Clinical evaluation of female ovarian reserve should be combined with female age.,basic hormone levels and serum AMH levels.
