Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive arthroscopy in patients with knee meniscus injury. Methods A total of 80 patients with knee meniscus injury were randomly divided into two groups by double-blind method from January 2016 to June 2019.The control group received open meniscus resection and the experimental group received arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery. The results of the two groups of patients with knee meniscus injury were analyzed. Results The total effective rate(95.00%)of patients with knee meniscus injury in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),P<0.05.The complication rate of the experimental group(5.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive arthroscopy is effective and safe for patients with meniscus injury.
