瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性心肌梗死效果及对心功能的影响

Effect of Rosuvastatin on Myocardial Infarction and its Effect on Cardiac Function

目的分析瑞舒伐他汀治疗心梗效果及对心功能的影响。方法纳入2018年1月-2019年1月医院收治的56例心梗患者借助双盲随机抽样法分为对照组、观察组,每组纳入28例,常规组给予阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,对比疗效、心功能、血脂及不良反应。结果观察组与常规组相比心功能改善水平、血脂指标改善显著;观察组96.43%与常规组71.73%相比,临床效果明显升高;观察组3.57%与常规组28.57%相比,不良反应明显减少;均显示P<0.05。结论心梗患者给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗具有明显的优势,可显著提升患者的临床疗效、进而改善其心功能及血脂水平,减少不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of rosuvastatin on myocardial infarction and its effect on cardiac function.Methods A total of 56 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group by double-blind random sampling.Each group included 28 patients.The conventional group was given atorvastatin and the observation group was given Rosuvastatin treatment compared the efficacy,cardiac function,blood lipids and adverse reactions.Results Compared with the conventional group,the observation group improved cardiac function and blood lipid index significantly;96.43%of the observation group had a significantly higher clinical effect compared with the conventional group 71.73%;3.57%of the observation group had a significantly reduction of adverse reactions compared with the conventional group 28.57%High;P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of patients with myocardial infarction with rosuvastatin has obvious advantages,which can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients,and then improve their cardiac function and blood lipid levels,and reduce adverse reactions.
