孟鲁司特联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗哮喘的疗效

Efficacy of Montelukast Combined With Budesonide Formoterol in the Treatment of Asthma

目的研究孟鲁司特结合布地奈德福莫特罗在治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘中的疗效。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月收治于医院的120例老年中重度支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,按照随机分组原则,分成常规组与试验组,常规组采用布地奈德福莫特罗进行有效治疗,试验组采取布地奈德福莫特罗结合孟鲁司特进行有效治疗,并综合比较两组中重度支气管哮喘患者的治疗效果。结果在治疗之前,两组患者在夜间与日间其哮喘症状评分、FEV(第一秒用力呼气容积)计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗之后,试验组患者的ACT评分显著优于常规组,试验组患者的治疗效果显著优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗老年中重度支气管哮喘的过程当中,采用孟鲁司特结合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗方式,能够取得较好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To study the efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide formoterol in the treatment of moderate and severe bronchial asthma in the elderly.Methods 120 elderly patients with moderate and severe bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group.The routine group was treated with budesonide formoterol,and the experimental group was treated with budesonide formoterol combined with montelukast,and the therapeutic effects of moderate and severe bronchial asthma were compared between the two groups.Results Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in asthma symptom score and FEV(forced expiratory volume in the first second)between the two groups at night and day(P>0.05).After the treatment,the ACT score of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group at night and day,and the treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of treating moderate and severe bronchial asthma in the elderly,Montelukast combined with budesonide formoterol can achieve better clinical treatment effect.
