阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床效果

Clinical effect of Atorvastatin Combined With Trimetazidine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探究阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病患者的临床效果、安全。方法医院2018年2月-2019年2月收治冠心病患者,共计98例。然后结合冠心病患者入院尾号奇偶数作以分组处理,分为A组49例(入院尾号奇数)、B组49例(入院尾号偶数)。A组接受阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪方案治疗,B组接受阿托伐他汀方案治疗,比较两组的临床效果和安全性。结果A组的治疗总有效率,与B组比较,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。A组不良反应发生率,与B组对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论冠心病患者治疗中应用阿托伐他汀+曲美他嗪方案治疗,可以获得较好的临床效果,同时保证治疗的安全性,可促使患者及早恢复身体健康。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 98 patients with coronary heart disease were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.Then,combined with the odd and even number of the end of admission of patients with coronary heart disease,they were divided into group A,49 cases(odd number of the end of admission),and group B,49 cases(even number of the end of admission).Group A received atorvastatin and trimetazidine regimen,and group B received atorvastatin regimen.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was significantly different from that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin and trimetazidine regimen in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease can achieve better clinical results,while ensuring the safety of treatment,can promote the early recovery of health of patients,so it is recommended to be applied and promoted in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease.
