多样性护理方式在老年糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of Multiple Nursing Methods in Elderly Patients With Diabetes

目的对于老年糖尿病患者护理工作中应用多样性护理的具体方法以及护理效果进行分析。方法选取老年糖尿病患者资料80例施行分析,所选80例老年糖尿病患者通过随机法进行分组,其中40例老年糖尿病患者接受常规护理措施作为对照组,剩余40例老年糖尿病患者接受多样性护理措施作为研究组,对比两组老年糖尿病患者的护理效果。结果两组老年糖尿病患者接受各自护理措施之后的血糖水平对比差异明显;两组老年糖尿病患者生活质量改善情况对比差异明显,P<0.05。结论临床中针对老年糖尿病患者,为其提供多样性护理措施效果理想,能够显著改善患者的血糖水平,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the specific methods and nursing effects of the application of diversified nursing in the nursing work of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods Selected data 80 cases of elderly diabetes patients to analysis,and selected 80 cases of elderly patients with diabetes are grouped by random method,including 40 cases of elderly diabetes patients underwent conventional nursing measures as control group,the remaining 40 cases of elderly diabetes patients to accept diversity nursing measures as a team,compared two groups of elderly patients with diabetes care effect.Results There were significant differences in blood glucose levels between the two groups of elderly diabetic patients after receiving their own nursing measures.There was a significant difference in quality of life between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion In clinical practice,providing diversified nursing measures for elderly patients with diabetes has an ideal effect,which can significantly improve the blood glucose level of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,and should be vigorously promoted and applied.
