管理服务对溃疡穿孔术患者营养及生活的影响

摘要 目的分析全方位服务管理对胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔术患者的营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选择2018年10月-2019年10月于医院行胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔术的患者98例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用基于全方位服务管理理念的护理干预,对比两组患者护理效果、营养状况、生活质量、并发症情况和护理满意度。结果观察组护理有效率(95.92%)高于对照组护理有效率(81.63%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组体质量、转铁蛋白和血清白蛋白对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组体质量、转铁蛋白和血清白蛋白均有所升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组正常工作、病情控制、发作次数和心理状态等指标分数均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(4.08%)高于对照组患者并发症发生率(16.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度(97.96%)高于对照组(85.71%),差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论全方位服务管理可有效改善胃、十二指肠溃疡穿孔术患者的营养状况,提高术后生活质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of full-service management on the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcer.Methods A total of 98 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the concept of full-service management.The nursing effect,nutritional status,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing efficiency of the observation group(95.92%)was higher than that of the control group(81.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in body weight,transferrin and serum albumin between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,body weight,transferrin and serum albumin were increased in both groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of normal work,disease control,attack frequency and psychological state in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(6.12%)was higher than that in the control group(16.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group(97.96%)was higher than that of the control group(85.71%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Full service management can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcer,and improve the quality of life after operation.
