氯氮平联合吡拉西坦治疗精神分裂症的效果及对患者认知功能的影响

Effect of clozapine combined with piracetam in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on patients'cognitive function

目的分析氯氮平联合吡拉西坦治疗精神分裂症的效果及对患者认知功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年11月至2019年11月收治的80例精神分裂症患者,随机将其分为试验组(40例,氯氮平片+吡拉西坦片)和参照组(40例,氯氮平片)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗8周后,试验组的PANSS评分、血清PRL、MBP、NSE水平明显低于参照组,治疗总有效率、MCCB评分明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯氮平联合吡拉西坦治疗精神分裂症的效果显著,可改善患者的认知功能,抑制PRL、MBP、NSE释放,且联合用药并未增加不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of clozapine combined with piracetam in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on patients'cognitive function.Methods A total of 80 patients with schizophrenia admitted in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(40 cases,clozapine tablets+piracetam tablets)and reference group(40 cases,clozapine tablets).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the PANSS scores,serum PRL,MBP and NSE levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,the total effective rate of treatment and MCCB scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clozapine combined with piracetam in the treatment of schizophrenia has a significant effect.It can improve the cognitive function of patients,inhibit the release of PRL,MBP and NSE,and the combination of drugs did not increase adverse reactions.
