阿仑膦酸钠片联合依降钙素对骨质疏松骨折患者术后骨痛的影响

Effect of alendronate sodium tablets combined with elcatonin on postoperative bone pain in patients with osteoporotic fracture

目的探讨阿仑膦酸钠片联合依降钙素对骨质疏松骨折患者术后骨痛的影响。方法将75例骨质疏松骨折术后骨痛患者按照随机数表法分为对照组(37例,阿仑膦酸钠片)与观察组(38例,阿仑膦酸钠片联合依降钙素)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗3、6个月后,观察组的骨痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的骨密度和血清1,25-(OH)2D3水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿仑膦酸钠片联合依降钙素能够缓解骨质疏松骨折患者术后骨痛,提高骨密度和血清1,25-(OH)2D3水平,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of alendronate sodium tablets combined with elcatonin on postoperative bone pain in patients with osteoporotic fracture.Methods A total of 75 postoperative bone pain patients with osteoporotic fracture were divided into control group(37 cases,alendronate sodium tablets)and observation group(38 cases,alendronate sodium tablets combined with elcatonin)according to the random number table method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the scores of bone pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density and serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 level in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Alendronate sodium tablets combined with elcatonin can relieve the postoperative bone pain of patients with osteoporotic fracture,and improve bone mineral density and serum 1,25-(OH)2D3 level,with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
