舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼麻醉在妇科全麻手术中的应用效果

Application effect of sufentanil combined with remifentanil anesthesia in gynecological general anesthesia

目的探讨舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼麻醉在妇科全麻手术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月收治的60例妇科全麻手术患者,随机将其分为对照组(30例,瑞芬太尼麻醉)和研究组(30例,舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼麻醉)。比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果研究组拔管后的无痛及轻度疼痛患者占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的拔管、睁眼时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。拔管后即刻、5 min、10 min、20 min,研究组的OAA/S评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼麻醉在妇科全麻手术中的应用效果显著,可减轻拔管后疼痛程度,缩短拔管、睁眼时间,提高镇痛效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of sufentanil combined with remifentanil anesthesia in gynecological general anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 patients with gynecological general anesthesia were selected from June 2018 to December 2019,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(30 cases,remifentanil anesthesia)and study group(30 cases,sufentanil combined with remifentanil anesthesia).The anesthesia effect of the two groups was compared.Results The proportion of painless and mild pain patients in the study group after extubation were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of extubation and open eyes in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Immediately after extubation,5 min,10 min,and 20 min after extubation,the OAA/S scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with remifentanil anesthesia in gynecological general anesthesia has a significant application effect,which can reduce the pain after extubation,shorten the time of extubation and open eyes,and improve the analgesic effect.
