盐酸纳布啡注射液联合丙泊酚在小儿无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果

Application effect of nalbuphine hydrochloride injection combined with propofol in children undergoing painless gastrointestinal examination

目的探索纳布啡联合丙泊酚在小儿无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法选择400例行无痛胃肠镜检查小儿为试验对象,按照抓阄随机化法将其分为对照组和观察组,各200例。对照组采用舒芬太尼联合丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用纳布啡注射液联合丙泊酚麻醉。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果观察组检查操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组检查后5、30 min的Ramsay评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对无痛胃肠镜检查小儿实施纳布啡联合丙泊酚的麻醉效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of nalbuphine combined with propofol in children undergoing painless gastrointestinal examination.Methods A total of 400 children who underwent painless gastrointestinal examination were selected as the test objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random lot drawing,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was anesthetized with sufentanil and propofol,and the observation group was anesthetized with nalbuphine and propofol.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The check operating time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 5 and 30 minutes after examination,the Ramsay scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the VAS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Naphphine combined with propofol anesthesia in children undergoing painless gastrointestinal examination has a significant effect.
