类风湿关节炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、转化生长因子-β1水平与疾病活动指数的相关性

Correlation between the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α,transforming growth factor-β1 and disease activity index in rheumatoid arthritis patients

目的探究类风湿关节炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)与疾病活动指数的相关性。方法随机选取2018年8月至2019年6月我院骨科收治的32例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究组,选取32例同时期在我院进行健康体检的正常受检者作为对照组。根据28个关节疾病活动指数(DAS28)评分将研究组患者分为缓解期组(21例,DAS28评分<5分)和活动期组(11例,DAS28评分≥5分)。采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平。比较两组及两亚组的血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平。采用Pearson相关性检验分析类风湿关节炎患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平与DAS28评分的相关性。结果研究组的血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平均高于对照组(P<0.001)。活动期组患者的血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平均高于缓解期组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,类风湿关节炎患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平与DAS28评分均呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论类风湿关节炎患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平明显高于健康者,其水平与疾病活动指数明显相关。血清TNF-α、TGF-β1参与类风湿关节炎症的发生、发展,可以作为评价患者病情的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and disease activity index in rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods A total of 32 rheumatoid arthritis patients admitted in orthopedics department of our hospital from August 2018 to June 2019 were randomly selected as study group,and 32 normal subjects who took physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.According to 28 joint disease activity index(DAS28)scores,the patients of the study group were divided into remission group(21 cases,DAS28 score<5 points)and activity group(11 cases,DAS28 score<5 points).The levels of serum TNF-α and TGF-β1 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Serum TNF-αand TGF-β1 levels were compared between the two groups and the two subgroups.The correlation between the levels of serum TNF-α,TGF-β1 and DAS28 score in patients with rheumatoid arthritis was analyzed by Pearson correlation test.Results The levels of serum TNF-αand TGF-β1 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The levels of serum TNF-αand TGF-β1 in the activity group were higher than those in the remission group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of serum TNF-αand TGF-β1 were significantly positively correlated with DAS28 scores in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum TNF-αand TGF-β1 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis were significantly higher than those in healthy people,and levels of serum TNF-α and TGF-β1 were significantly correlated with disease activity index.Serum TNF-α and TGF-β1 are involved in the occurrence and development of rheumatoid arthritis inflammation,which can be used as important indexes to evaluate patients'disease condition.
