医院骨科感染患者的抗菌药物应用情况及菌株耐药性分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析医院骨科感染患者的抗菌药物应用情况及菌株耐药性。方法选取我院骨科收治的接受手术治疗的患者1 200例,其中发生感染144例,对发生骨科感染患者的抗菌药物使用情况、菌株检出情况及菌株耐药情况进行分析。结果我院骨科不同类别抗菌药物中,用药频度(DDDs)最高的是头孢菌素类;不同抗菌药物中,DDDs最高的是氨苄西林。革兰阳性菌检出率高于革兰阴性菌;我院常见菌种对于我院DDDs较高的抗菌药物均有不同程度的耐药性。结论我院骨科氨苄西林、头孢他啶及头孢唑肟等抗生素DDDs较高,而大多数致病菌对常用抗菌药物具有较高的耐药性,因此建议对骨科抗菌药物使用情况进行合理调整。 Objective To analyze the antimicrobial drugs application and strain resistance of patients with orthopaedic infection in hospital.Methods A total of 1200 patients who received surgical treatment in orthopedics department of our hospital were selected,144 cases of the patients were infected.The usage of antibiotics,the detection of strains and the resistance of strains of patients with orthopaedic infection were analyzed.Results In the different category of orthopedic antibiotics in our hospital,the highest defined daily dose system(DDDs)was cephalosporins;and among different antibacterial drugs,the highest DDDs was ampicillin.The detection rate of Gram-positive bacteria is higher than that of Gram-negative bacteria.The common bacteria in our hospital had different degrees of resistance to the higher DDDs antibacterial drugs.Conclusion The DDDs of ampicillin,ceftazidime and ceftizoxime are higher in orthopedics department of our hospital,but most of the pathogenic bacteria have higher resistance to common antibacterial drugs,so it is suggested that the use of orthopedic antibacterial drugs should be adjusted reasonably.
