黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with warming acupuncture in the treatment of chroric pelvic inflammatory disease

目的分析黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将100例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用黄芪桂枝五物汤和温针灸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TGF-β1水平及WHOQOL-BREF评分均升高,中医证候积分、MCP-1水平、WBC、N/L、HBV、PV、Agrbc、Hct均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤联合温针灸治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果显著,可有效降低中医证候积分,减轻炎症反应,改善血液流变指标,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with warming acupuncture in the treatment of chroric pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction and warming acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TGF-β1 level and WHOQOL-BREF score in the two groups increased,the TCM syndrome score,the level of MCP-1,WBC,N/L,HBV,PV,Agrbc and Hct decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with warming acupuncture has a significant effect on chroric pelvic inflammatory disease,it can effectively decrease TCM syndrome scores,reduce inflammatory reaction,improve hemorheology indexes,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
