阶梯式康复护理在椎间孔镜术治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果

Application effect of ladder rehabilitation nursing in lumbar disc herniation treated by intervertebral foramen surgery

目的分析阶梯式康复护理在椎间孔镜术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)中的应用效果。方法将我院接受椎间孔镜术治疗的100例LDH患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组应用阶梯式康复护理。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组下床活动时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间及术后3 d的NRS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组JOA、ODI、ADL、SAS及SDS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后神经根粘连或水肿、下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论椎间孔镜术治疗的LDH患者采用阶梯式康复护理可有效促进术后恢复,改善患者腰椎功能及心理状态,提高生活能力,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the application effect of ladder rehabilitation nursing in lumbar disc herniation(LDH)treated by intervertebral foramen surgery.Methods One hundred patients with LDH who treated by intervertebral foramen surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given ladder rehabilitation nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The activity time to get out of bed,incision healing time,hospitalization time and NRS score at 3 days after operation of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of JOA,ODI,ADL,SAS and SDS in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nerve root adhesion or edema and lower extremity vein thrombosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ladder rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote postoperative recovery in patients with LDH treated by intervertebral foramen surgery,improve lumbar function and mental state of patients,improve life ability and reduce postoperative complications.
