PDCA循环法在医院药库药品供应管理中的应用效果

Application effect of PDCA cycle method in drug supply management of hospital drug storehouse

目的分析PDCA循环法在医院药库药品供应管理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年9月(实施前)我院未施行PDCA循环法管理的600件药品及2018年10月至2019年10月(实施后)我院施行PDCA循环法管理的600件药品进行分析。比较实施PDCA循环法前、后的药库管理效果。结果实施PDCA循环法管理后的药品库存周转率、药品质量情况及不合格率均优于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施PDCA循环法管理后的采购计划、药品效期、药品临床供应满意度评分均高于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实施PDCA循环法管理,能够提高药品质量及工作人员工作质量,为临床药物治疗提供良好基础,保证用药的安全性,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle method in drug supply management of hospital drug storehouse.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018(before implementation),600 drugs that were not managed by PDCA cycle in our hospital and 600 drugs that were managed by PDCA cycle in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019(after implementation)were analyzed.The effect of drug storehouse management before and after PDCA cycle method were compared.Results After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the turnover rate of drug inventory,drug quality and failure rate were all better than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the procurement plan,drug expiry date and clinical supply satisfaction scores were all higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the PDCA cycle method can improve the quality of medicines and staff work,provide a good basis for clinical drug treatment,ensure the safety of medication,and have higher application value.
