高等院校危险化学品实验室的建设与管理——以贵州师范大学为考察对象

Construction and Management of Laboratory of Dangerous Chemicals in Universities:Taking Guizhou Normal University as an Example

高等学校危险化学品的安全问题,关系着师生的人身财产安全。该文作者根据所在院校使用和管理危险化学品的具体情况提出建议,从危险化学品的管理制度、登记制度、采购制度、审批制度、安全教育制度、运输制度、存储与防护制度和不定期检查制度等方面入手,加强危险品的使用过程及回收处理问题的管理,以期改善和完善危险化学品的管理制度,降低危险化学品的安全隐患。

The safety of dangerous chemicals in universities concerns the personal and property safety of teachers and students.Based on the use of dangerous chemicals in Guizhou Normal University,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects:the management system,the registration system,the purchasing system,the approval system,the safety education system,the transport system,the storage and protection system,and the irregular inspection system of dangerous chemicals.It attempts to strengthen the using process treatment and recycling of dangerous chemicals,so as to improve and perfect the management system of dangerous chemicals and to reduce the safety risks of them.
