The training goal of application-oriented talents in composite materials and engineering specialty of civil aviation is to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents with theoretical basis and strong practical ability.Starting from the characteristics of composite materials and engineering and the needs of the development of civil aviation enterprises,this paper constructs a multi-level and multi-angle talent training plan,attaches importance to the cultivation of students'innovation ability and practical ability,and focuses on the cultivation of application-oriented talents of composite materials and engineering with civil aviation characteristics to meet the needs of the new era.
