工程教育认证视角下高校落实“三全育人”的几点思考

Some Thoughts on the Implementation of"Three Whole Education"in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Engineering Education Certification

工程教育认证理念下,高校要形成管理者、教师、劳动者、大学生之间的有效互动,切实了解大学生心中所想、学中所求,将思想政治教育深入落实到学校党建工作、行政管理工作与大学生工作的各个条线,从大学生入学到大学生毕业走上工作岗位,建立全通道的过程监控机制,形成管理闭环,不断改进教学、育人方式,切实保障大学生教育教学质量。高校在原有注重课堂教学、实践教学的基础上,应更加关注教育教学中“全员”责任意识的提高、“全程”方式方法的创新、“全方位”教学环境的营造,实现高校人才培养在时间、空间上的全面覆盖、深度融合。

Under the concept of engineering education certification,colleges and universities should form an effective interaction among managers,teachers,workers,and college students,earnestly understand what college students think and what they want in their studies,carry out ideological and political education in depth into the Party construction,administrative management,and college student work.In addition,they should also establish a process monitoring mechanism that covers every phases of college life,from students'enrollment to graduation,so as to form a management closed loop.Hence the way of teaching would be constantly improved and the quality of college students would be guaranteed.Besides classroom teaching and practice teaching,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the enhancement of"whole staff"consciousness in education and teaching,to the improvement of the method innovation of"whole process",and to the construction of"whole curriculum"teaching environment,so as to realize the comprehensive coverage and deep integration of talent training in time and space in colleges and universities.
