建设教育强国是中华民族伟大复兴的基础工程,高等学校的根本任务就是培养高级人才。该文作者认为,作为从事教学科研一线的军校教员,既必须坚持以立德树人为根本任务,着力培养中国特色社会主义的合格军人;又需要建立以学员为中心的人才培养模式,脚踏实地改革课程教学内容和方法,加强实践教学,完善实践教学体系,实行教学与科研相结合,为科技强国、强军贡献力量。

Building a powerful country in education is one of the basic projects of the great rejuvenation of China,and the basic task of colleges and universities is to train talents.So,military school front-line teachers of teaching and research must adhere to the basic task of building morality and cultivating talents,and focusing on the cultivation of qualified military personnel of the Chinese characteristic socialism.They should also set up a student-centered talent training model and reform the course teaching content and method.In addition,they are supposed to strengthen the practice teaching,improve the practice teaching system,and implement the combination of teaching and scientific research,so as to make contribution to the enhancement of the army and the nation by science and technology.
