随着经济社会的发展变化,社会上充斥的各种思想价值观念日益复杂,可谓是泥沙俱下。再加之当今网络信息的爆炸性冲击,高校大学生面临的思想价值观念日益纷繁、多元,传统的以辅导员、思政教师等为主要力量的思政教育模式已难以适应时代的要求。为提高学生思政教育工作的实效性,辅导员与思政课教师、专业课教师协同育人是时代的应然选择。

With the development of economy and society,ideas and values in our society are becoming more and more complicated.Moreover,with the explosive impact of network information,college students are faced with increasingly complicated and diverse ideas and values.Therefore,the traditional model of ideological and political education with counselors and ideological and political teachers as the main force can hardly meet the requirements of the times.In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,it is necessary to carry out cooperative education by counselors,teachers of ideological and political courses,and the teachers of professional courses.
