摘要 实践教学是理工科专业人才培养实施过程的重要环节。食品保藏原理课程是食品科学与工程专业的核心专业基础课,在工程教育专业认证中占有重要地位。为了适应工程教育专业认证的培养目标,传统的实践教学模式需要创新和改革。该文在前期教研团队的教学和实践基础,通过开展优化实践教学内容、丰富实践教学形式、改进实践教学方法等措施,有效提高实践教学质量,对海洋特色食品专业的实践教学改革具有一定借鉴意义和参考价值。 Practice teaching is an important link in the task of cultivating talents of science and engineering.Food Preservation Principle is one of the core professional courses of food science and engineering and plays an important role in engineering education certification.In order to support the training objectives of education accreditation,traditional teaching methods require continuous innovation and improvement.Based on the teaching experience of this course,several measures have been taken to improve the practical teaching quality,such as optimization and innovation the content of practical teaching,enriching the form of practical teaching,improving of practical teaching method,and so on.These innovative practices have reference significance for improving teaching quality and promoting teaching reform of marine specialty food specialty.
