基于CDIO理念的应用型本科院校工科人才培养机制创新研究

Research on Innovation of Training Mechanism of Engineering Talents in Applied Universities Based on CDIO Concept

该文认为,通过以往传统的教育方式培养出来的人才,往往局限甚或禁锢于理论知识,而缺乏动手能力与创新思维。然而,随着社会经济技术的快速发展,传统教学模式培养出的人才不能很好地适应当代社会的节奏。因此,迫切要求高等学校改变改革传统教育方式,探索创新如何才能培养出在素质、能力、知识等诸方面都适应社会需要的应用型人才的教育方式。该文即是对如此研究之成果。

The talents cultivated through the traditional education method in China are usually confined to theoretical knowledge and lack practical ability and innovative thinking.However,with the rapid development of social economy,the talents trained by traditional teaching model cannot adapt well to the need of contemporary society.Therefore,it is urgent for colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents who are qualified,capable and knowledgeable in various aspects to meet the needs of the society.
