摘要
该文指出,工程管理专业具有创新性、实践性强的特点。通过构建全过程融合式发展的工程管理应用型人才教学实践体系,以发挥学生学习的主观能动性,激发其内在学习兴趣,将理论知识与实践知识、课程内知识和跨课程知识、书本知识和社会知识形成有机结合。教学实践体系由理论教学、实践教学和学科竞赛三个子系统构成。理论教学是学生立足专业发展的基础,实践体系旨在将专业知识转化为解决工程实际问题的能力。通过渐进式学科竞赛体系,强化学生知识水平与实践能力。
This article argues that the engineering management specialty has the characteristic of innovation and practicality.Constructing the practical teaching system of full-process integrated development for application-oriented engineering management talents training gives full play to students'subjective initiative,stimulates students'interest in learning,and combines theoretical knowledge with practice knowledge,in-class knowledge with cross-curriculum knowledge,textbook knowledge with social knowledge,so as to form an organic entirety.The teaching practice system is composed of three subsystems:theoretical teaching,practical teaching and subject competitions.Theoretical teaching is the foundation for students to develop professionally.The practice system aims to transform professional knowledge into the ability to solve practical engineering problems.The progressive discipline competition system strengthens students'knowledge level and practical ability.
