摘要
深度学习是基于学习者自发的、自主性的内在学习动机,并依靠对问题本身探究的内在兴趣维持的,一种长期的、全身心投入的学习过程,强调学生在学习新知识时能将已有的知识和技能,建构新学科知识体系,解决具体实际问题。该文以微生物学实验“微生物分离纯化”的实验教学为例,引导学生整合微生物学的理论知识和已有操作技能,分析并设计实验方案,解决具体类型微生物分离纯化和鉴定工作,从而达到深度学习的目的。
Deep learning is based on the learner's spontaneous and autonomous internal motivation to learn,and it is maintained by the inherent interest in exploring the problem itself.As a long-term,whole-hearted learning process,it emphasizes that students can efficiently make use of the existing knowledge to build a new discipline knowledge system for solving specific practical problems.This article takes the experimental teaching of Separation and Purification of Microorganisms in Microbiology experiment as an example to guide students to integrate theoretical knowledge with existing operating skills of Microbiology,analyze and design experimental schemes,separate and identify microorganism types,so as to achieve the goal of deep learning.
