摘要
由三极管构成的多级放大电路是“模拟电路”课程教学中的重要内容之一,通过将单级放大电路适当组合,可以提高放大电路的性能,如何分析求解多级放大电路的动态参数是该部分内容的教学重点和难点。该文针对现有教材缺陷,在给出多级放大电路的小信号等效电路的基础上,详细地分析了其动态参数的求解过程,计算过程直观清晰,希冀有助于加深学生对放大电路动态参数的理解。
The multistage amplifier circuit composed of transistor is one of the important contents in the teaching of Analog Circuit course.By properly combining the single-stage amplifier circuit,the performance of the amplifier circuit can be improved.How to analyze and solve the dynamic parameters of the multistage amplifier circuit is the teaching focus and difficulty of this part.In view of the defects of the existing teaching materials,on the basis of giving the small signal equivalent circuit of the multistage amplifier circuit,this paper gives a detailed analysis on the solution process of the dynamic parameters of the multistage amplifier circuit.The calculation process is intuitive and clear,which is helpful to deepen students'understanding of the dynamic parameters of the amplifier circuit.
