基于网络技术出现与高速发展,大学教育工作也受到较为明显的影响,特别是管理工作与教育工作,随着网络技术在高校管理工作中的广泛运用,高校必须创新管理方式与教育方式,以顺应信息时代发展的需要。为此,根据数字时代对高校管理工作与教育方式变革所产生的影响,分析数字时代下,高校管理工作创新以及教育变革的具体措施,以期引导我国高校管理工作与教育工作在数字时代下实现平稳改革。

Based on the emergence and rapid development of network technology,the university education work is also affected obviously,especially the management and education.With the extensive application of network technology in the university management work,colleges and universities must innovate new management and education model to meet the needs of the development of the information age.To this end,according to the impact of the digital age on the reform of university management and education methods,this paper analyzes the specific measures of university management innovation and education reform in the digital era,with a view to guiding China's university management and education to achieve smooth reform in the digital era.
