小学教育专业专科生教师职业认同及其提高策略研究 被引量:2

A Study on Teachers'Professional Identity and Its Improvement Strategies for College Students Majoring in Primary Education

摘要 小学教育专业专科学生教师职业认同感的高低对其职业准备及职业选择等方面均有重大影响,调查结果显示,小学教育专业专科生的职业认同水平整体偏低且存在显著的年级差异;在职业认同的职业培养维度存在显著的性别差异;职业认同与其自我认识、专业认识显著正相关,师范院校可采取相应对策提高学生职业认同感。 The level of profess ional identity of students of primary school education majors has a significant impact on their career preparation and career choice.The survey results show that the overall level of professional identity of primary school education majors is low and there are significant grade differences.There are significant gender differences in vocational training dimensions of professional identity.Professional identity,self-awareness and professional awareness are significantly positively correlated.Therefore,normal colleges can take corresponding measures to improve students'professional identity.
