创新创业视角下大学生就业指导现状分析及对策研究

An Analysis of the Present Situation and Countermeasures of College Students'Employment Guidance from the Perspective of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

在就业压力日益增长的背景下,国家鼓励大学生创新创业,然而大学生缺乏创新创业思维,高校就业创业指导教师队伍水平有限,大学生就业创业实践平台匮乏,这些是制约大学生就业创业的重要因素。从增强责任意识、拓宽就创业渠道、完善服务体系,培育大学生创业项目,推动大学生自主创业等角度对这一问题进行研究实属必要。

In the context of the increasing employment pressure,the state encourages college students to make innovations and launch enterprises.However,college students lack innovation and entrepreneurial thinking;the level of college employment and entrepreneurship instructors is limited;there are not enough platforms for college students'employment and entrepreneurship practice.These factors restrict college students'employment and entrepreneurship.This paper expounds the problems from the aspects of enhancing the sense of responsibility,widening the channel of entrepreneurship,perfecting the service system,fostering the college students'entrepreneurship projects,and promoting the self-employment of college students.
