摘要
国内很多高校,尤其是有工科专业的院校,已经开始实行“三学期制”,更有利于学生实践动手及创新能力的培养。但在落实“三学期制”时,需要根据专业特点及教学资源合理安排短学期课程,设计好课程环节及内容,做好不同学期课程衔接。在分析执行三学期制优点及问题挑战的基础上,探讨人才培养方案制定原则,提出合理的基于教学、课程资源,强化实践教学质量的地矿类专业人才培养方案初步设计。
Many colleges and universities in China,especially those with engineering majors,have started to implement"three semester system"talent training program,which is more conducive to the cultivation of students'practical and innovative ability.However,during the implementation process,it is necessary to reasonably arrange the short term courses according to the professional characteristics and teaching resources,design the links and contents of the courses,and do a good job of connecting the courses of different terms.On the basis of analyzing the advantages and challenges of the"three semester system"talent training program,this paper discusses the principles of this program,and proposes a preliminary design of a cultivation program for geology and mining majors based on teaching,curriculum resources and the goal of strengthening the quality of practical teaching.
